Sarah Fiore

I am a LAC currently specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating and trauma. My therapeutic appropriate is trauma informed care where I address the root experiences that have influenced patterns of unhealthy coping and negative core beliefs. My goal is to empower clients to develop new patterns and behaviors that allow them to grow into their best selves. I love to work collaboratively with clients and provide them with a safe environment for healing. With experience in residential and outpatient centers for substance use, eating disorders and trauma, I utilize CBT, DBT, CPT, Strength-based therapy, body image work, and trauma interventions to support clients throughout their healing process.
