Rachel Bilski is an intern currently pursuing her Master’s of Art in Counseling at Ottawa University in Surprise, AZ, with a focus on trauma, abuse, and deprivation. Rachel is an Arizona native, living with her husband and four children. She and her husband, Jeff, are high school sweethearts who recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Rachel is the mother of three boys and a girl, ranging in age from 21 to 12. Having been a stay-at-home mom for the past twenty-one years, Rachel felt that God was calling her to return to school to pursue a degree in counseling. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University.


Rachel enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan, seeking to heal the effects of past trauma and effectively navigate through the challenges that life brings. Her primary treatment modalities are EMDR and trauma-focused CBT. Rachel is deeply committed to the therapeutic relationship and embraces its ability to help people heal and find hope for their future. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, watching her children play sports, cooking, studying the Bible, and watching baseball.
